Team Lead: Brady Dove
WHY?
At Compass, “Hospitality is our mentality.” When you host guests in your home you do your best to roll out the red carpet.
The set-up and tear-down teams transform ordinary spaces into places for people to be transformed by God’s truth.
From the moment guests see our signs - pointing them to parking, to the safe environment for their kids to hear the gospel, to the simple, attractive and undistracting set in the worship center, it all helps create a warm, comfortable environment to engage with God, hear His Word, and connect with others.
