Cameron grew up in Colorado and graduated from Colorado State with a BA in Early Childhood Education.  Cameron served on staff in college ministry at Colorado State University for 4 years before moving to San Diego to help start Compass Church. He was Compass' Associate Pastor for 6 years before taking the Lead Pastor role in 2024.  He is studying at Gateway Seminary and loves reading books and learning . Cameron is married to his wife, Shanni, and they have 3 children.

Shanni is from Colorado and graduated from Colorado State University.  She worked with College students before moving with Cameron to San Diego to help start Compass in 2018. She has a heart for children and loves raising her 3 children and helping in foster care. 

Jon is from California and graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Finance. He enjoys anything active including working out and rugby.
